CDS Global appoints Pierrick Guinguené chief technology director in U.K. & Australia

DES MOINES, Iowa – Feb. 8, 2012 – CDS Global announces Pierrick Guinguené as its permanent chief technology director for CDS Global in the U.K. and Australia.

Mark Judd, managing director for CDS Global in the U.K. and Australia, commented on the new appointment, "I am absolutely delighted; Pierrick brings a wealth of senior executive and IT experience to this new position and many years publishing knowledge. I am looking forward to working together to further enhance and develop our technology roadmap and implement our strategic IT vision."

Guinguené joined CDS Global on Jan. 16 and assumes immediate overall responsibility for all IT functions and services in the U.K. and Australia, and serves as a senior member of the U.K. executive team reporting to Mark Judd.

Guinguené has spent many years working in the publishing industry and has extensive online, systems, application delivery and business transformation experience at Groupe Moniteur Holding where he held the position of vice president, Solutions and Enterprise Technology. Prior to this, he was director of Technology and Information Systems at LexisNexis and Group Information Technology director at Vivendi Universal Information.
